Disappointing service as a number of hidden costs for adjustments were not revealed to me. I expect more clarity when arranging a wedding.
I recently bought my beautiful wedding dress from Diane at Contessa d, I got married in May 2017, without Dianes honesty and help I would not have managed to find my dream dress! Diane is very helpful and knows her stuff , her shop is ideal as its intimate one to one appointments and a local small business which is key and hard to find a little shop that has some unique dresses for me I had the best experience here I tried other bridal shops bigger named ones but I can honestly say that this shop was where I had the best experience I had no issue what so ever my dress was perfect along with my veil and accessories I would not have changed a thing. I highly recommend you visit contessa d for honesty and a fantastic experience .

Very bad experience in this shop my sister what is my maid of honour and her two children who are also flower girls my granny and my mother came with me and we got treated with zero respect lady that works in store had quite loudly told my 2 years old flower girl she wasn't aloud to touch anything or come in the chnagen room with me she then would not help me in to any dresses or let my grandmother show me what dress she had liked if you can't take a birdal party wedding dress shopping there's no hope to find the perfect dress and I highly recommend you don't chose this store very disappointed in the service we received.
