Secure parking very close to airport. Drivers very polite and efficient. Very prompt pick up and transfer. Definitely my first choice next time when flying from Prestwick.
Bewn trying to reach someone from 7 o'clock to get my car no response it's defo not opened 20 hours per day !! Security is not to high standards as my partner and cousin sat outside the premises for nearly 10 min why were they not approached????

Brilliant experience at Prestwick Airpark, fantastic customer service from Patrick and Gerry. From early morning drop off for our flight out to pick up on way home we couldn't fault this company. Will definitely be using them again and telling others how good they are.
We have used this car park once. We will never use it again. The entire system is hopeless starting with the 7 seater vehicle (which includes the driver!). On our return trip we experienced bad service. We had to phone when we were ready to leave the airport. It was 1 a.m and raining. We waited at the pick-up point for the vehicle to arrive. The driver did not call our name or try to make himself known to us. We had no way of knowing which vehicle was picking us up. There is nothing on the vehicle or the driver to say which car park he comes from!! Even a polo shirt or an identity tag with a logo on it won't be better than nothing!! He left without us. We had to phone the car park again. When the driver did come back for us he just sat in the car and we had to put our luggage in by ourselves. It is a pick-up/drop-off point so they only have 5 minutes otherwise they will be charged!! The owner is obviously happy to charge for the use of the 'car park'!! The first driver had said that the owner had thought about buying a 14 seater minibus but thought it would be too expensive! When we did arrive at the car park, again we had to unload our luggage and we had to ask where our car was parked. Two other people couldn't get their car out of their parking space. We will DEFINITELY not be using this car park again. Poor customer service.
