The doctors at the surgery are lovely and very helpful however their entire receptionist team are vile! Their behaviour towards patients both at the surgery and over there phone is disgusting! They need a few lessons on how to be a helpful & polite receptionist as none of them currently have it!
Rated 3 stars for the doctors and nurses at Station Road as they are very helpful and good at their job but the receptionists are unhelpful very cheeky and need some lessons on how to treat their patients
Terrible rude receptionist,haven't seen a doctor in3years,was in a great deal of pain and wernt interested a phone appointment consisted of receptionist passing a message on even though i was in pain.so much for duty to care.
Saddened to leave such a brilliant medical team due to moving outwith practice area.Expertise, support and kindness shown by GP's and all other staff teams to me has been excellent over many years.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart . My new practice has big shoes to fill !
