Used this place when a pot hole damaged my husbands alloy. They welded the alloy poorly. We drove it home and it sat for weeks while my husband was offshore. When he got home his tyre was flat again. Took it off and the weld had failed. When we phoned and asked them to repair it we we're told it would take 9 DAYS they even tried to say we shouldn't have drove it home...is that not the point in getting it fixed! They also accused us of painting the inside of the alloy. Really!? We were also told welds do not come with a warranty and we would have to pay for the repair they didn't do properly in the first place! Disgusting company AVOID!!
Superb workmanship and service. My diamond cut wheels were badly damaged (one really badly dented) and looked terrible. Now they are absolutely gleaming! Im amazed at what these guys can do with wheels and in such quick time too. All staff were very helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable. First class service and would definitely recommend to anyone.
After careful research, I took my 18" limited edition alloys to Carrick Alloys, Prestwick. Three days later, the wheels had been transformed and brought back to their full glory. I cannot state enough just how good the quality of workmanship is. Absolutely terrific service, friendly staff and great prices! So good, I'm using their services again for a set of split rim alloys!
