Good surroundings/atmosphere however overpriced food & drink... charged extra for sweet potato fries option with chicken burger already charged at 12.95. Requested no bun but came as purely a chicken breast (with fries) - no salad to speak of or coleslaw, very basic.
Prices are a little steep for the quality of food 8n my opinion. Myself and two others in my party ordered the chicken risotto which is a bed of stodgy rice and a chicken breast on top. Not really worth the 12 though it was nice enough! But there's so much competition in the surrounding area now. It was an ideal place for a big group though as we had the whole conservatory at the back of the restaurant to ourselves. The whole restaurant was very quiet though for a Friday night! The staff in the place however, could not have been friendlier, more helpful or accommodating or more professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they definitely added to what was overall, a great time! I don't think I'll be rushing back though when there are othet restaurants in the area with a higher quality of food at more reasonable prices.
